E-commerce WordPress Design, Build & Optimisation.
We helped this client go from selling directly to customers on social media to a fully functioning automated e-commerce website.
After initial meetings, we presented a unique design and user journey that showed the project's direction. We refined our design with the client's feedback to achieve their desired look and feel.
Problem
The client was selling through their Facebook and Instagram pages but found it took a lot of their time for customers to explain what they were looking for. The client took order payments manually, or cash was accepted on delivery. The client needed a centralised online stock inventory system, which could have led to confusion with the sales team.
Solution
A complete e-commerce experience that allows customers to easily search and find their clothing based on style, fit and availability. Customers could fill in all their details and requests directly into their accounts. We built and rigorously tested a beautiful checkout page with flexible payment methods, a customer dashboard and an intuitive admin backend to manage orders.
